Couples have a lot to do while planning a wedding. Often though, when carefully scheming for the big parts, smaller & less fancy details are overlooked or slip out of their mind. #1 Contingency Plan For Weather

Plan for weather changes like rain, winds, severe cold fronts, etc. In most cases, you don’t have to pay extra as many venues come equipped with indoor banquets. However, make sure you talk to them about the backup situation so they don’t book the indoor halls for some other event. Realistically, you should draw a contingency plan with your vendors and make arrangements accordingly.

#2 Wedding Transportation

Talk to the vendors beforehand about how much time they will charge extra for the hours, what those rates will be like, and if they aren’t available for the extra timing, will you have a replacement available?

Though you’ve prepped a list of must-have songs for your reception party, there are also a few wedding songs to put off the list.
